Meet Kirby Keomysay
Founder and Creative Director of ko & co. Studios, Kirby Keomysay is one of the Midwest’s most acclaimed and sought-after beauty industry leaders.
Kirby’s journey began in high school, cutting hair for friends and family, and evolved into an award-winning career defined by creativity, entrepreneurship, and leadership. After winning first place in the North American Hairstyling Awards (NAHA) student category at just 19, Kirby went on to claim victory on national television’s Hair Battle Spectacular, using his prize money to open his first salon, kontempo., at the age of 20.
